Focus Project Management Ltd (FPML) started in early 2017 with two passionate individuals with a vision of becoming one of the premier General Contractor in the Vancouver downtown core. After two quick years, we have grown to ten team members completing over fifty small and large scale projects mostly in Metro Vancouver.

Our experience and ability to adapt speaks for itself. With our team having over 75 combined experience in various aspect of construction such as residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, property management, leasing, etc., we are able to grow at an exponential rate .

At FPML, we believe in building long lasting relationships beyond each project; and therefore, each project is properly cared for whether it is small or large.

Over 11 years of work experience with developers, construction and property management companies, Erickson has built an extensive database of skills and experience that led him to co-found Focus Project Management. From humble beginnings as a Casual Labour to Project Coordinator to Project Manager, Erickson has the ability to quickly learn, communicate effectively and lead by example. He has helped shape FPML team’s culture to allow team members to fully empower themselves to grow and learn at their own pace.

Wilson Wong

Director of Finance

Wilson Wong has over 12 years of senior management experience specifically focused in real estate development. He has extensive experience helping start-up companies develop, implement and manage scalable finance infrastructure needed to manage rapid growth to maturity. After obtaining his Chartered Accountant designation in 2003, Wilson ventured away from PriceWaterhouseCoopers and into a start-up real estate developer, Mosaic Homes, in 2004 where he became instrumental in developing their financial infrastructure that enabled the company to scale from $10 million to $150 million in annual revenue over a span of 5 years.

From an Interior Designer to Project Manager in just over 10 years working for interior design and construction companies, Nikki brings amazing ability to combine design and construction management all into one individual. She is full of energy and demonstrates detail oriented management style to our organization.
